Complete the 2025-2026 Housing Application, beginning October 1, 2024
Upperclassmen Priority Housing Deadline is March 16th, 2025
Go to my.uca.edu > MyHousing Portal > My Housing Applications
NOTE:听 Completing an application and listing your room preferences does NOT reserve a specific room for you. You will need to participate in the ‘Pick-a-Room’ process that begins in April 2025 in order to select a specific room for the academic year.

ROOMMATE REQUESTS!听 (Starting October 22nd, 2024)
Roommate Matching on my.uca.edu > MyHousing
STEP 3:听
PICK YOUR ROOM!听 (April 2025)
Choose YOUR ROOM on my.uca.edu > MyHousing
Pick A Room – Choose a New Room
STEP 4:听 EAT!
Set your meal plan by August 1st on my.uca.edu > MyHousing
NOTE: This process will begin in June after room assignments are finalized. We will email you information closer to time.
STEP 5:听 Move In!
Upperclass Move-In
NOTE:听The last date to cancel your 2025-2026 housing reservation and still receive your $100 deposit back is May 10, 2025.听 You must cancel your housing by emailing housing@uca.edu about your cancellation.
